Downtown Paso Robles is home to a variety of wine-related events and activities held throughout the calendar year like the Paso Robles Wine Festival and Taste of Downtown , where visitors get the chance to sample wines from area producers. The Downtown Wineries hold seasonal walking wine stroll events, and a variety of unique wine and food pairing adventures found here.

Copia, named for the Roman Goddess of Abundance, is a boutique winery focusing on premium Rhône-style blends from the westside of Paso Robles. Owners Varinder Sahi and Anita Kothari produce around 300 cases of wine using premium fruit from their Willow Creek estate and their neighbors in Paso Robles and Edna Valley.
