As you also may recall, we mentioned that Main Street is rolling out a new website, virtual downtown events and tours; therefore, we’d like to announce our first virtual downtown event!

Even though our community is unable to come together to visit the Easter Bunny in the Downtown City Park this year, we can still come together in our new virtual Easter Egg Hunt with the Easter Bunny leading the way! With the assistance from their parents, children can join Main Street’s online live video watch party, and help The Easter Bunny hunt for eggs! As a thank you for the kids’ help, he’s offered to deliver a candy egg to each one of their front doors/porches after the hunt! Main Street’s live stream watch party with open chat is scheduled at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 11th! Visit Main Street’s Facebook page for event details.

Thus far, we’re receiving a great amount of response of gratitude and excitement from the parents and their children in our community, for making it possible to continue to bring our community together.

Main Street welcomes you to participate and/or share your Easter specials/promotions with us, so we can help promote your business, as we promote our Hop to It! A Virtual Easter Egg Hunt. If you’re interested in promoting your products and/or participating (distribution of coupons, candy, etc.), please email Gina Grieb, Director of Marketing and Events, at (asap). Due to the unexpected circumstances due to Covid-19, future planning of this event wasn’t in our deck of cards; however, future events will be announced well in advance. Thank you.
