Even though our community is unable to come together to visit the Easter Bunny in the Downtown City Park this year, we can still come together in our new virtual Easter Egg Hunt with the Easter Bunny leading the way! Children are invited to join Main Street’s online live video watch party and help The Easter Bunny hunt for eggs! As a thank you for the kids’ help, he’s offered to deliver a candy egg to each one of their front doors/porches after the hunt! Local therapists are available for counseling via video & it’s really easy and it’s surprisingly helpful, although it’s not in person. Right now nearly all insurance is covering these video appointments (which you can do from your phone- it’s like Face Time). You just have your normal co-payment (usually what you would pay at a doctor visit). A couple of insurance companies are waiving the co-payment during the virus. If you have MediCal, it is free- you just call Holman Group at 800-321-2843 and they assign you to a therapist.
