MAIN STREET SPREADS A POSITIVE MESSAGE
In support of our local businesses, our Executive Director Norma Moye, and Lifetime Board Member Jan Hop, have brought back a campaign poster from our past. Similar posters were distributed by Main Street and posted on our local businesses’ windows during the Great Recession of 2008. Just as our community has overcame past economic challenges in our community, we’re once again, eager to reach out to local businesses and community members with a poster that sends a positive message. “It’s time for Main Street to get back to business as much as possible, in accordance with our local and state officials; and we hope all of our local businesses will pick up a poster and display it to spread the word,” Norma says.
Posters are available for purchase for $5.00 at the Main Street office. Due to current COVID-19 shelter-in-place order actively in place, please contact Main Street to arrange a pick-up time in advance. Contact us at 805-238-4103 or send an email of interest to email@example.com. As a reminder, we’re a non-profit corporation, (#77-0196830), established to actively restore, promote and enhance the economic vitality and unique historical value of downtown Paso Robles, while maintaining a friendly, community atmosphere for all.
One thousand new posters were designed, printed, and donated to Main Street by Paso Robles Daily News and Access Publishing. Main Street appreciates their generous donation, in support of Main Street and our Downtown Businesses.
Thank you for your ongoing support of Main Street!

Local therapists are available for counseling via video & it’s really easy and it’s surprisingly helpful, although it’s not in person. Right now nearly all insurance is covering these video appointments (which you can do from your phone- it’s like Face Time). You just have your normal co-payment (usually what you would pay at a doctor visit). A couple of insurance companies are waiving the co-payment during the virus. If you have MediCal, it is free- you just call Holman Group at 800-321-2843 and they assign you to a therapist.

This includes the self-employed, employees who lack sufficient work history, independent contractors and gig workers. Benefits will be issued within 24-48 hours – not the traditional 21 days for regular unemployment claims. Details
