Touch of Paso is a beloved family-owned restaurant serving hearty breakfast and lunch in the heart of downtown Paso Robles. The restaurant opened in 1987, but its historic building dates back to 1888–89, when it was originally built for Dr. James and Mattie Glass. Today, Touch of Paso continues its family tradition under the ownership of founder Bonnie Peterson’s grandson, Eric Peterson.
Known for its warm, home-like atmosphere and generous, made-from-scratch meals, the menu features classic American breakfasts, omelets, eggs Benedict, chilaquiles, breakfast burritos, burgers, sandwiches, salads and homemade baked goods. Open seven days a week, Touch of Paso blends great food, family tradition and more than a century of downtown Paso Robles history.
