We believe Main Street is for everyone. At the core of our mission is a commitment to creating a vibrant downtown of shared prosperity, equal access to opportunity, and popular celebrations year round. Through Main Street, we have a thriving retail center that utilizes its historical sites and landmarks. We have become an example to other cities of what is possible with a dedicated community. Join us in our mission to Restore, Beautify and Preserve downtown Paso Robles.

Main Street has created a recovery campaign to send a message to our downtown businesses and community—to promote businesses and community to be safe in downtown Paso Roblesthe DOWNTOWN PASOSafe campaign.

In previous years, our community and our downtown businesses have overcome the great recession, earthquake and now—the Coronavirus pandemic. Since the onset of COVID-19, our downtown businesses have faced economic challenges.

Main Street represents our downtown businesses—including retail, hotels, offices, restaurants, residents, wineries, breweries and other merchants. Main Street acknowledges that our businesses are continuing to adjust to COVID-19 related disruptions. Just has Main Street has helped in downtown recovery efforts in the past, we continue to advocate for these organizations, share relevant information when helpful and assist with economic recovery.

As downtown businesses have re-opened, Main Street has launched this campaign by sharing a message of support and informative resources to our downtown businesses.

Main Street’s first initiative, as part of this ongoing campaign, is a Downtown PASOSafe Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Starter Kit that has been distributed to over 200 downtown businesses.

These PPE Starter Kits have been 100% funded by various local businesses to support our downtown businesses. PPE Starter Kits include helpful safety re-opening tool kit resource links, a list of local PPE suppliers, masks, hand sanitizer and gloves–all donated by the generous local business sponsors listed below!
